CKCA’s Online Book Fair Is Almost Here!

A good book can take a student somewhere new—and CKCA’s upcoming book fair can help put more of those books on our library shelves. From October 5–12, families and friends are invited to shop CKCA’s online book fair with Ready Let’s Read.

Mrs. Cherie Jacobs, CKCA’s volunteer librarian, is organizing the fair. Shoppers will find a variety of Christian and family friendly titles, from chapter books and novels to Bibles, devotionals and classics. Ready Let’s Read says its team reviews each book for age appropriateness and alignment with a biblical worldview.

The fair is entirely online, so there’s no need to fit a trip to school into a busy week. Families can browse and place orders through CKCA’s book fair website whenever it works for them during the fair. After October 12, the books will be shipped to CKCA for pickup. Ready Let’s Read says orders typically arrive within one to two weeks after the fair closes.

Every order placed through CKCA’s fair will also help the library grow. All money CKCA earns from the fair will go toward the school library. The school receives 10% back if total sales are under $1,000, or 20% back if sales exceed $1,000.
