PARENT TEACHER FELLOWSHIP (PTF)
WHAT IS PTF?
CKCA has an active volunteer group called Parent Teacher Fellowship that fundraises to provide support and resources to CKCA teachers to enhance educational opportunities. We also plan special events to promote the "community" interaction at CKCA among parents, students, and staff. We are always looking for volunteer help - whether it's working a shift at our book fair or serving on our committee. If you have a little time to help - or a lot - we'd welcome your time and talents to help us enhance student life at CKCA!

SEND A BIRTHDAY CANDY GRAM!
The CKCA PTF is proud to offer a birthday candy gram program to make students and staff members feel special for their birthday! Parents and family members can pre-order a special birthday surprise for a student or staff member that will be delivered the first week of their birthday month. We can also celebrate half birthdays or deliver the last month of the school year for summer birthdays. Cost is only $15 and we take care of all the shopping, packaging, and delivery so you can give your student a special birthday surprise with zero effort!
PTF helps organize our CKCA student uniform closet, that is made up of generous donations from past year students that are still in great shape for others to wear!

The Hammeke Family has graciously agreed to donate a portion of all their pumpkin and gourd sales to the school PTF. They’ve got a huge variety of sizes, colors, and styles for decorating, baking, and carving! If you’re interested in helping the school, simply call Kathy Hammeke at 620-285-9080 before you go and let them know you’re calling for the school pumpkin fundraiser. You can arrange a time to visit their farm 10 miles south of Larned to pick all the pumpkins and gourds you’d like for a free will donation.
