What to Know About Admissions

Let's begin pre-enrollment for the 26/27 school year now! Below is a step-by-step guide for how and when to pre-enroll, with convenient links to pay the appropriate book fees and enrollment fees that allow us to order materials and reserve your student's spot.

Admissions process

We want to make the Enrollment process as easy as possible for our students and their families. Below is a step-by-step guide for what needs to happen and when between Open House in February and Enrollment Day in August.

Step One – Submit online paperwork and fees by May 1st.​

4. Pay Book fee $275 and Pre-enrollment fee $100.

Step Two – Complete scholarship applications (if applicable) by May 1st.​

ACE SCHOLARSHIP applications are due by April 15th.​​​

Step Three – Submit remaining fees on August 6th Enrollment Day​

Enrollment fee $100 and August tuition payment â€‹

You can also add money to lunch accounts this day.

Every student must attend August 6th Enrollment Day at CKCA

For Grades 3-8 (if Participating in Sports): KSHSAA Sports Physical Form is needed.​

Kindergarten Students and New Students Only:

*Physical forms for incoming Kindergarten students must be dated between May 1st and August 15th and forms for new students must be dated within one year of enrollment.

**Transfer Request Form for incoming Kindergarten students is only needed if student is on an IEP.  ​

 Prepare for the first day of the 27/28 school year.​

Payment quick links

Depending on how you prefer to split up your payments, we have several quick links available below to make it easy to pay by credit card for book fees and enrollment fees. We do not have quick links for tuition payments, since those vary greatly from student to student based on scholarships and the number of students in the household. However, we do offer credit card tuition payments by phone.

Tuition for 2026/2027 

Please note that the listed tuition price does not accurately reflect the majority of our families' actual costs.

Over 60% of our families receive scholarship assistance, making the true cost to many significantly lower.

Student Fees K-8th:

Book Fee (Due May 1st) - $275 Per Student*

Pre-Enrollment Fee (Due May 1st) - $100*

Enrollment Fee (Due Aug. 6th) - $100*

*Fees are non-refundable and are separate from (not included in) tuition payment plans / discounts / scholarships.

New Students: 

Any new students enrolling after the May 1st deadline will be required to pay all book fees, enrollment fees, and the first month's tuition at the August enrollment event.

Mid Year Transfers: 

Transferring students will pay all book fees, enrollment fees, and current month tuition upon enrollment unless on a trial basis at the administrators discretion.

Student Tuition:

Kindergarten through 8th Grade - $4,399.00

Paid in One Payment (3% Discount) - $4,267.03*

*Discount Eligible for Pre-Payment by Cash or Check Only

Paid in Nine Monthly Payments (August-April) - $488.78

 

Other Terms:

Monthly tuition payments are due the 1st of each month.

We accept cash, check (with approval), and debit/credit card.

Card transactions will be charged a 3% convenience fee.

Large Family Discounts:

The school offers a discount to families with three or more children enrolling in K-8th grades:

Second Child Discount - 5%

Third Child Discount - 10%

Fourth (and Subsequent) Child Discount - 15%

Home-School Elective Class Participation
 

Home-schooled students may participate in PE, Art, Music, Band, Computer programs. Home-school students must enroll at the beginning of the school year and participate throughout the year. The class will be graded and state attendance requirements will apply. There will be a fee of $135.00 - $200 per semester per student for each class taken to help cover the cost of the class. Students will be required to wear school uniforms and abide by all school rules.
