ADmissions & Enrollment
What to Know About Admissions
For parents interested in enrolling students for the 2023/2024 school year, we can technically accommodate enrollments at any time up until the first week of August. However, we prefer that parents plan ahead and submit some of their enrollment information in the spring. Below is a step-by-step guide for what needs to happen when, with convenient links to pay the appropriate book fees and enrollment fees that allow us to order materials and reserve your student's spot. We would love to help educate and shepherd your child in our faith-based academic environment.

CKCA does not directly offer scholarships to students. However, some students are assisted with tuition through scholarships individually obtained through various sources. Possible sources of scholarships are: private donations, home churches, as well as the Golden Belt Community Foundation. Families interested in seeking scholarship assistance may do so by contacting the school office.

Payment quick links
Depending on how you prefer to split up your payments, we have several quick links available below to make it easy to pay by credit card for book fees and enrollment fees. We do not have quick links for tuition payments, since those vary greatly from student to student based on scholarships and the number of students in the household. However, we do offer credit card tuition payments by phone.
