This summer, CKCA coaches are kicking off an exciting series of fundamental basketball practice sessions dedicated to developing skills and fostering team spirit among its students. Led by a team of committed coaches who are also proud parents of some of our students, these sessions reflect the school's deep investment in both athletic excellence and community building.
The practice sessions began on May 17th and will continue throughout the summer with key dates on June 7 & 21, July 19, August 9 & 23, and September 6 & 20. These sessions are designed to provide all enrolled basketball players with valuable opportunities to hone their skills, learn new techniques, and strengthen their teamwork in a supportive environment.

“Our coaches are truly passionate about making a positive impact,” said a CKCA spokesperson. “They are dedicated not just to developing athletic abilities but also to building character and school spirit among our students.”
The coaching team includes some familiar names in CKCA athletics:
- Scott Beahm
- Jeremy Ortiz
- Brenden Damon
- Mallory Damon
