Great Bend, KS — Central Kansas Christian Academy (CKCA) has announced the start of its 3rd Annual Legacy Campaign, aiming to raise $100,000 by January 31, 2026. These funds will support a variety of essential initiatives, including covering daily operational expenses, keeping tuition affordable for families, and funding the initial steps to establish a new high school on campus. This expansion will enable CKCA to reach more students with a high-quality, biblically centered education and ensure the ongoing growth of its mission.
The campaign highlights stories of families like the Carbajals. Emma Carbajal shared how her children are thriving both academically and spiritually within CKCA’s nurturing environment. She said, “Loves how every subject is taught through a biblical lens, helping my children see God's truth in everything.”
Emma emphasized that CKCA is more than just academics; it’s a place where her children are learning to walk in faith and integrity daily. She noted, “I love how every subject is taught through a biblical lens, helping my children see God's truth in everything.” Her hope is for her children to remain rooted in their faith as they grow, which is why she is excited about CKCA’s plans to develop a high school on campus, starting with ninth grade in 2026.
Since the launch of the Legacy Campaign in 2023, over $122,000 has been raised, supporting program enhancements, security, and teacher development. These efforts are part of a broader vision to provide students with a comprehensive, Christ-centered education that prepares them for a lifetime of service and leadership.
Supporters are encouraged to contribute any amount—whether $10, $25, $50, $100, or more—and to consider monthly donations that are new this year to sustain this movement. Every gift helps lay the foundation for a future high school, ensuring students like Emma’s children stay grounded in their faith through their teenage years.
Emma sums up her experience beautifully: “CKCA is the best investment we could have made, choosing a school where our children can learn to put their trust in God for the future.” Her words reflect the hope of the entire CKCA community: to nurture passionate followers of Christ who will impact the world for His kingdom.
The success of this campaign depends on community prayer and support. Families, alumni, and local churches are invited to join in this effort to expand biblical education and build a lasting legacy rooted in faith.
