Central Kansas Christian Academy is happy to celebrate third grader Isabel Valles, who has been named the latest winner in Eagle Media’s Make a Difference Contest, presented by OPI & Golden Belt Printing. Last week, Isabel was awarded a giant $100 check from OPI.
“I make a difference by obeying teachers and following directions,” Isabel said proudly.
As a weekly winner, Isabel is now in the running for the October monthly prize, which includes an additional $100, a swag bag filled with goodies from Make a Difference sponsors, and a special gift for her teacher. In fact, her teacher, Mrs. Breitenbach, is also eligible to receive $100 as part of the monthly drawing.
Mrs. Breitenbach shared. “She is always doing what she needs to be doing. She’s an example of Jesus every day, and we just love having her here.”

The Make a Difference contest aims to recognize students who demonstrate kindness, leadership, and positive attitudes. It is sponsored by OPI & Golden Belt Printing, with support from several local businesses including Big Ben Custom Engraving, Freedom Claims Management, Great Bend Redi Mix, Francis Financial, Medical Park Pharmacy, R&R Roofing, Allstaff Chartered, Miller Plastics, Rosencrantz Bemis Water Well Service, Great Bend Rec, Jimlo Glass Center, Haz Mat Response, and Scooter's Coffee.
Congratulations to Isabel Valles for her well-deserved recognition! We are looking forward to see if any other CKCA students will be a Make a Difference winner in the future.
